Mock Interviews

The interview process is an important part of private school admissions, and every age group experiences it differently. At HI IQ Learning, we provide personalized mock interviews that reflect what students are most likely to encounter at their grade level.

• Kindergarten

  • Young applicants often participate in group-based activities where interviewers observe how children interact, socialize, and engage with others. Our practice sessions help children feel comfortable in these settings by encouraging clear speech, confidence, and positive peer interactions.

• Lower Level (Elementary)

  • Students may be asked a mix of personal questions and activities designed to assess communication, focus, and creativity. We guide students in expressing themselves clearly and confidently while also practicing listening and social skills.

• Middle & Upper Level

  • Older students typically take part in one-on-one interviews that highlight critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-reflection. Our mock interviews help students practice eye contact, posture, elaborating on their answers, and sharing meaningful examples and accomplishments.

Please note: At this time, we have limited availability for scheduling and are currently offering one-on-one mock interviews only. While kindergarten interviews are often conducted in a group format, our 1:1 sessions provide valuable practice in communication, confidence, and readiness for any setting.
