Joining and Navigating Tutor Bird Guide
The following instructions will guide parents through accessing and navigating their TutorBird account with ease.
Once you’ve filled out the Tutoring Sign-Up Form, please wait for our team to respond to you with a tutor that matches your students needs and coordinates with your schedule. Once it’s a tutor and your schedule is solidified, please use the following instructions to guide you through accessing and navigating their TutorBird account with ease.

Logining on to Tutor Bird:
1. Check your email for an email from “HI IQ Learning via Tutor Bird”. Subject line will be “Student Portal Information”
2. Click on the Password Set Up Link
3. Create and Save Your Password
4. Click Back To Login for you to be redirected to our HI IQ Website
5. Click on the “Login To Tutorbird” button in the center of the screen or “Tutor Bird Login” near the top right.
6. Enter your email and password and click Log in. You will be redirected to Tutor Bird!
Navigating Tutor Bird
Home Page
The Home Page has an overview of:
Upcoming Tutoring Lessons: A quick view of your scheduled sessions.
Recent Lesson Notes: Review notes from your tutor about past sessions.
Make-Up Credits: Displays available bonus hours awarded to students or hours from recently canceled sessions (within our cancellation policy).
Unpaid Invoices: Displays any outstanding payments that need to be made.
Top Right Menu
Click the circle icon with your initials to access a dropdown menu with two options:

Verify and update your general information. If any changes are needed, email us at info@hiiqlearning.com.
Manage payment methods here.
Reminder: Per your tutoring enrollment agreement, we require one valid card to be on file at all times. Please ensure your card information is up-to-date.
Log Out: Safely log out of your account.
Drop Down Menu
On the top left corner, click on the three horizontal lines to gain access to the Calendar, Accounts & Invoices, and Attendance & Notes tabs.
Calendar
The Calendar provides a month-by-month view of all your scheduled lessons with your tutor.
To cancel an upcoming lesson, click on the lesson in the calendar and select "Cancel Lesson."
Note: We require a minimum of 6-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of tutoring sessions. Failure to provide at least 6-hour notice will result in a full charge for the session.
In the pop-up window, please write the reason of cancellation.
Attendance and Notes
Use this tab to view all lesson notes from past sessions. Lesson notes will also be emailed to you after each lesson!
To view each lesson report, click on the button under “Notes”
Accounts & Invoices
This section allows you to:
View your balance, including any outstanding invoices.
Make payments securely online.
Update the card on file.
